A disgruntled Comcast Rep wants to vent to you

I've had so many outages where I contact support and they tell me it's their line, when everything si connected properly and a tech comes over to my home and finds nothign wrong. They always force firmware without your permission even if things are working before the update. But hey at least they are willing to credit me money. It's a joke I had to even report them to the bbb for deceiving me into signing a fake contract. What happened to Comcast, they used to be decent, now they just complete garbage. I am stuck with them as AT@T wont offer faster speeds so you know I guess I have to deal with my connection always going out and always getting credit for it.
