Why you should quit and never turn back

Started dipping grizzly wintergreen when I was 17 with my older brother. Car rides, playing video games, watching a movie. Did it regularly throughout college in addition to occasional cigars, cigarettes, hookah etc. realizing I’ve been doing this for 10 years! Dip turned into Zyn eventually about 3 years ago during the start of the pandemic. I felt good about it at least because it was tobacco free, cleaner and less to no spit. Little did I know. Nicotine is EXTREMELY addicting. Harder to quit Zyn than Marlboro reds. I’ve wrapped Zyn around so many routines in my life and I haven’t been fully committed to quitting up until this point. But enough is enough. I want freedom from this shit.
