Show r/StableDiffusion: Integrating SD in Photoshop for human/AI collaboration

This isn’t necessarily wrong - however, it’s really tone deaf to the actual metaphysical problem a lot of artists are experiencing.

If this tech exists, no one will be encouraged to learn drawing and painting skills. In todays world, money drives encouragement em masse, and if all the money is pushed to this for the sake of time and investment, why would anyone want to encourage youths to draw and do art? Why would you encourage anyone to get good at all?

Not only that, but the biggest obstacles in most artists lives are finding space, money, and time to do their craft. If you suddenly uproot that flow, you create a schism; artists who accept change and just learn the new tool just for the money, and those who don’t and suffer.

Idk - it’s almost like people are so obsessed with finding what could be the next big thing, which makes them blind to will be losing.

Funny how many proponents of AI art claim this is good for the artists, yet most I talk to really dislikes that this exists.
