I second this.

I'm an optometrist (eye doctor) telling you to go see your primary care doc or better yet a dermatologist (skin doc).

If you were my patient...and it's hard to tell from a single poorly lit zoomed out blurry photo with little information shared...I would be concerned and referring since you are a very lightly pigmented person with a spot that's asymmetrical, changing, and large. Can't tell if it has well-defined borders, elevation, multiple colors, innervations, disruption of normal skin physiology.

I also don't know your medical or family history nor the history of this spot. Can't keep track of the lesion nor biopsy.

With each question, observation, and test, your doctor is narrowing in on their diagnosis. This sub is far (FAR) from giving you any real answer. I wouldn't wait on this.
