Slacker's Mirage Monday

It's a good place to work. Really, not bad at all. It's just all routine now. I can do the work that I used to do at 100% at about 50% now, hence all the wasted time on reddit. I start slacking because I can afford it and people are still pleased at my work, but it's boring me. I don't make big bank, but I make 2k-ish and it's plenty to support myself in single momhood. The days off and flexible boss on that part helps a lot too. If it were just for me, I'd probably be on the lookout for something else already, but I got a kid to support and the security in that sense is worth a lot. I don't want him to suffer any more for selfish decisions I make (I already made a big one like that last year). So yeah... you're right, thanks for the advice. I think I'll probably start by talking to my boss at the next 'functioneringsgesprek' (about the being bored) and see what they can do. And if not, maybe start by keeping an eye out for other more higher-up positions within the same company first.
