[Landlord US CA] Will a landlord accept unemployment as income still?

When I applied, they still took my income in the previous 6 quarters and calculated how much I'd get based off of that. At any rate, I certainly "grasp your concept," I'm not an idiot. I just disagree with it. Everyone knows the unemployment is not gonna last forever, and no, I don't blame anyone for taking advantage of it while they can. Minimum wage has been stagnant for decades with inflation ever increasing, so I fully believe that people should take advantage of the extra whopping 300 bucks a week for as long as they can. Minimum wage workers have been shit on for so long, by people thinking those that work those jobs deserve no more, despite the changes in costs of literally everything else.
