Hi there. A few thoughts:

-You should worry about CPS. All it takes is one irritated tenant to report your SO. Jeopardizes all the children. I am surprised he hasn't offered to cut back for the sake of saving money, let alone the dangers of increased SIDS from being near smoke.

-When I used, I would go to sketchy neighborhoods to pick up. The dudes I bought eighths from were nice, but their suppliers were anything but. Dangerous fuckers. The idea of an underage child being taken to drug deals? Irresponsible and potentially dangerous.

-It was really hard being a kid growing up in a household with illegal drug use. Getting busted underage would limit your cousins ability to get scholarships. Really poor judgement to condone smoking near a child, let alone with. It's not developmentally appropriate for an adult in his mid 29s to cultivate a friendship with a 17/18 y/o.

• You're worried about the embarrassment because you're from a good family? If he smokes 4-6 times per day, that's hard to hide... at least in odor. People talk, tenants talk, dealers talk.
