The world is not your army buddies, and your repressed fears of women is not something that affects many cheated on men. Your need to project your magnificent macho image may be a coping mechanism to deal with your inner fears about your own sexuality. Deal with it without asking for validation for your masculinity. And about crying,,, I not only cried. I was crippled. I not only felt that my life was over, I needed medications to deal with anxiety. So yes, I was a "pussy", a "softie", not man enough in your eyes. But guess what, I started over, and I never have doubted for one second my self worth. I don't need validation.
