Spotsylvania quickly becoming the East Coast battleground for Big Solar

So I live pretty close to the area in question and my family is fiercely divided on the solar plant, but here's the thing that gets me the most- all sPower had to do was locate their site far enough that it didn't encroach on Fawn Lake. That's it. This would have been a slam dunk. Nobody would have raised any eyebrows. But instead they got the attention of a bunch of rich old people with more money and time than brains when instead they could have been stepping on all the poor people that live around here. I assure you this whole debate would never have started. Not arguing in favor of exploiting poor people, it's just that I thought this was what they taught in Land Development 101.
