Starting keto, but want to continue to gain muscle, tips?

Hey bud! You’re unfortunately wanting to do do two conflicting biological processes at the same time. You (in most cases) cannot efficiently lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, however given you are new to this you may benefit from newbie gains. Whereby your body will for a limited time gain lean muscle whilst simultaneously lose fat as you are suddenly burning more calories than your sedentary body is used to.

Keto is amazing for weightless but is not optimal for muscle gain.

My suggestion would be to run Keto and continue training until you’re at a weight you are happy with, then you can revisit the idea of adding surplus muscle slowly and as carefully as possible without adding too much body fat in the process.
