staying up during raves

You have to pace yourself when doing multi-day weekends. Take breaks to sit down and rest while still jamming out. Most importantly make sure you eat and sleep well before, and drink lots of water throughout the party. Doing that should give you plenty of energy. Caffeine helps too.

Another thing is maintaining an active lifestyle with proper nutrition. If you’re raving on a weekly basis, workout Mon-Wed and let Thurs and Sun be your rest days.

One last thing is make sure you genuinely love the music. So many times it’s like 5 am I’m physically tired from dancing all night and I start heading out the door, but the music is bumping so hard it gives me more energy and I end up staying longer than I anticipated.

Definitely take it easy the first night then pop the pill the 2nd night.
