I joined SoFi because of the ATM reimbursement. NO, I do not use ATMs domestically. I only use them outside the US. You removing this makes it useless for me. I even made it my primary account. And here I thought I only need two cards, a SoFi debit card, and a SoFi credit card. I now regret getting the credit card as it doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I also own stocks before the official IPO. That has been a regret too, not because it keeps falling, but because I supported you as an individual. I now regret supporting you.

No wonder your stocks are dropping. You can't even keep a benefit that is frankly, should not affect your bottom line at all as there is only a small amount of people who have the benefits -— your early supporters like myself — and an even smaller percentage of that use the benefits at all. Really trivial and the only result is disappointing your early supporters.
