Its very likely that Mikes is getting disrespected by the 100T players. Mikes could very likely have good strats but if the players refuse to do them or practice them enough it could go south. Also for someone like mikes who isn’t a convincing authority figure, its very likely that mikes is dumbing down the strategies to things that the players would like to do. Cus if the players don’t listen to him the only way to get them to listen is to do what they want.

Seangares worked well in the team because he was stubborn about playing the game the way he though the game should be played, and his authority and respect he has from being an ex-player was enough to get the team to do what he says even if they didn’t like it.
