How much of difference does reaction time make? And what is its relation to talent and pro career?

Reaction time is pretty important i would say, that's what differentiates pros with Radiants.

Having a better reaction time can get you kills even while having a low headshot percentage, especially against opponents who one tap or burst.

Having a better reaction time helps you get crucial kills and helps you get that one extra kill too at times

It has nothing to do with talent, reaction time gets better the more you play, the more your game sense builds and the more your hand adjusts to your mouse, like a good reaction time can give you kills in any game not necessarily valorant, you pick up awp in CS, you have a good reaction time you can literally get few kills, it depends on how fast your hand adjusts to your mouse and the hand eye coordination, and that's only built when you play more.

I personally haven't seen any guy who just woke up and became insanely good with insane reaction times.

Yay, TenZ, Suygetsu, Shao, Zekken I've seen all of them and none of them I'm pretty sure were born with good reaction times as a talent like it takes hard work and time in to build that muscle memory.

Pros can make faster split second decisions and act on them quicker due to their faster reaction times, that's what differs them from Radiants, that's reaction times relation to going pro and as to talent in my opinion it has no relation.
