Mm, long story short, I was in an FC and met my girlfriend there. I loved the FC dearly, and I guess they loved me too at first because I became an officer. My girlfriend eventually also became an officer, and we considered ourselves good friends with the co-leaders.

Eventually, someone started to harass my girlfriend in-game by creating new characters, sending her an abusive tell, and then logging out and immediately deleting said character. It had to have been someone in the FC, because they had access to information on the forums that only approved members of our FC could view. We talked to the leaders and decided, for this and a few other reasons that had cropped up, we needed to back out of the FC. We still wanted to be friends and expressed that. We weren't burning any bridges.

So naturally the co-leaders 'respect our wishes', only for a week later to practically corner my girlfriend and upset her to the point with accusations and falsehoods that she had to spend a night in the hospital over. They claim to run one of the most drama-free and positively fueled FCs on the server, but they were absolutely disgusting to her. I've never forgiven them for it.

I dunno what they said to the rest of the FC on the matter, but none of them have reached out to either of us for our side of any of it. I'm almost certain they've spread some garbage among the lot of them. I guess we could have reached out ourselves, but we were hurt and betrayed by that point.

Ever since then, we've been in our own duo-only FC. I'm still incredibly bitter about it all, because I really loved that FC a lot, but every single one of them either betrayed us or simply didn't care enough to maintain friendships.
