I envy those who believe in God.

Why are ideas you don't like, "bad" and "stupid"? You just sort of lashed out but didn't explain.

"You people" treat any pro "something greater than us" post like it's supposed to be an airtight case that answers 100% of your questions, completely. That's not my attempt. All I'm saying is that when people say "I had Religion when I was a kid, and outgrew it" or "the Bible is a book of fairy tales", dude, there is so, so, so much more to it.

I'm just just trying to she'd a tiny bit of light on what are often very closed minds. I'm not talking any commercial Religion TM I'm saying that when you look, even a LITTLE closer, to say that there is nothing to this "higher power" business - you either have childhood baggage you need to check, you have a closed mind, or you just don't want to know.

But for people who are curious, there is WAY more out there than what Reddit AtheismTM preaches.
