Templar Healer in ESO (looking for suggestions/advice)

For now I'd focus on completing various skill lines so that when you're ready for more difficult stuff that will need different those skills you'll have them ready. Obviously all your templar class skill lines/resto/destro/light armor should be complete as quickly as possible but there are also Undaunted/fighter/mage/psijic/vampire skill lines that can take a while. Undaunted takes a long time but you'll definitely want Orbs from that skill line which is the last to be unlocked.

Thumbs up on Argonian Templar Healer, that's my main and I love it. I use one bar setup for 4 person dungeons and general questing and a slightly different setup for 12 person trials. I'd be happy to detail that if you're interested.

For sustain (keeping your resources up) i'd recommend using the mundus stone that buffs Magicka Regeneration (maybe the atronach or acolyte, i forget but i think it starts with an A). You'll likely want magicka regen on your armor and jewelry. Being a vampire provides 10% more magicka return, as do certain skills if they are on your bar. There is a passive from the Support skill line in PVP that also buffs your mag regen by 10% if you have one of those skills slotted, I use Barrier ultimate to get that extra 10%.

Also, you'll probably want the Powered enchant for your resto staff, which buffs healing by 8% and Charged on your destro, which should be a lightning staff, to proc Off Balance more often to allow for more DPS against those targets.

Use Elemental Drain from the destro skill line for more mag return and you can also run the Templar skill that returns like 254 mag / second, though i forget the name at the moment.

I don't PVP all that much since it requires basically switching everything which gets annoying (ZOS we need loadoats please!) but have gone in there a few times as a healer, though i don't know too much about the details of build setup for PVP as much.

Feel free to hit me up with any questions, I'm not a pro by any stretch but do usually work from home and have been playing this game like my life depended on it for the past half year now and only as a healer.
