I can’t either. The only person to outright lie to me so far has been my inside sales supervisor who reached out the morning after I made the order and who I requested the EAP and FSD addition originally. This guy said I had to add it at the gallery, they said no he has to. He said ok call sales and they can do it. Sales said no he just doesn’t wanna do his job and send me the 3 step escalation email for feature requests (a week after I asked for it). 2 more weeks and nothing but i reach the original inside sales supervisor and he now seems to really want to help me. Sees my emailed request and says oh ya I can do that no problem (apparently in the last two weeks he learned how to do his job?). He adds EAP and FSD in 30 seconds and I’m shocked. I ask repeatedly ok it’s both EAP and FSD for $8k and he says yes it is. Well, it was only EAP and now he again won’t answer my calls or emails after trying to reach him and other departments for a week.
