Thanks for the help you all, this is how far I came with my pfs9 build.

I'm sorry if no sound loaded with the video, but I was trying to show how tight the rear rails stick to the slide.

It can chamber a round and go into battery, but sometimes it will hang up because of how rough the rear rail's top part is.

I was gonna try smoothing the rail part with 1500 grit paper, but I hear suggestions against touching the rail part, so I guess I won't.

So I just filed and smoothed the curve until the part finally fit inside the frame like pushing a knife through butter, and I was able to put the trigger group inside without the rails popping upwards, and finally I was able to push the trigger housing pin through both and the frame with a few taps from a plastic mallet.

Thanks again for the help everyone, at this point I need to fine tune it a bit more if I wanted to get rid of the scratching sound from the rear rail and the slide pushing together too hard, but I'm afraid of touching it any further without a replacement rail.
