There are two African American Super Bowl winning QBs. They both beat the Broncos

Oh man, ok sorry, I didn't express my point clearly in my post. I actually 100% agree with you. I have a close friend who is a teacher at a very liberal "PC" middle school (where most students are minorities), they frequently have discussions on race and gender and how to be politically correct and the current state of race relations. I think those things are great, however, I think a lot of the stuff they say is ridiculous and blown out of proportion (lots of talk about privilage and "safe spaces"). One of those things is "people first language", I'm like... seriously?

We argue these things a lot. I'm gonna link her this response you put, cause i feel like you have more credentials to say something like that than I do.

She has actually opened my eyes to many good points I had never considered. For example I wasn't convinced that corporate/work culture in America IS white culture and that that naturally puts black people at a disadvantage in the work world. This is a form of institutionalized racism, where the institutions were set up by white cultures, and if you don't live by this culture you're seen as either less intelligent or uneducated. She laid out her points and I realized she was actually really correct. I changed my opinion on that. I could try and attempt to recreate her points but that would take too long.

ANYWAYS one thing we have argued to death is her claim that ONLY the majority (white people) can be racist, and minorities cannot be racist. I disagree with her, and tell her that that might only apply to institutionalized racism and that having inclusive terms like this segregates races further and does more harm than good....

What are your thoughts on that topic?
