is there more to life than work?

Waiting to start a village off in the woods somewhere. Everyone does their part. Farms, cooks, hunts, chops down trees, builds cabins, ect. Everyone works except children, the elderly, and the disabled. 6 hours a day. 4 days a week. (9-12am - 2-5pm) (two hour lunch break to eat and do whatever in) Complex work schedule, everyone gets to rotate jobs every few weeks. This will make working interesting and less soul draining. Some people will mainly specialize. Every once in awhile people get rotated into a school class where they learn new things to be able to do new jobs. Every once in awhile they get rotated into a vacation schedule where they don’t have to work for one rotation. There’s no electricity or phones. Giant feast and campfire party at nighttime every night. We build aqueducts, cafeterias, town halls, cabins, porta potties with aqueducts, schools, libraries, ect. We have giant farms, with hundreds of crops. Cattle. Wall around our village. Clock tower with a bell to signal the starting and stopping of work, and lunch. And so much more. I barely have anything figured out but I want to do something like this someday.
