If you are going to fuck up, fuck up big. Learn from it. And make certain folks know. You are someone that goes big or goes home. I know I've done some things I look back on in the past and think SERIOUSLY??? And these are the things folks remember about me...I'm not someone that likes to do something half way. I mean, for my birthday the other day, friends and I were talking politics and someone said "well the primary is in May 2016, you have plenty of time to run if you care", so for the last two weeks, there have been plans to figure out the next year and I have a team of at least two dozen thirty and forty somethings that have a new hobby :-) And there is AT LEAST a 50% chance of me following through on this. And a 99% chance of failure.

Why? Because you only live once. And you aren't known for the things you never tried, you are known for your attempts. Do we celebrate the names of the kids that wouldn't even go to space camp because they were afraid of the vomit comet that wasn't even part of the package their parents picked out for them? No, but we do celebrate the names of the astronauts that died in space, no matter how bad the fuck up was.
