TIFU (UPDATE) By knocking up a girl on the first night, but wait (there's more!)

So just some medical things you need to aleays remember when discussing this: As you said her ovulation probably happened August 10-14th IF she has regular menstrual cycles. The first half of the menstrual cycles is mostly what makes time variations in cycles (In a regular woman, ovulation occurs 14 days after her first menstrual day). Eggs can survive up to 24hrs and sperm can survive inside a woman up to 72 hrs, which still, wouldn’t explain her crazy shit. You could ask her ‘naively’ if she has regular cycles? Disguise it as if you were actually starting to believe her or something. Also, a blood/urine pregnancy test CAN’T be positive if implantation hasn’t occured. Sperm fertilizes the egg in the fallopian tubes and 6-10 days after fertilization it reaches the uterus and implants in the endometrium. Then the syncitiotrophoblast starts producing hCG which is the hormone detected by blood/urine tests. I explain all this because in your first post she sent you a screenshot which clearly says 4-5 days AFTER implantation (which is 6-10 days after fertilization), so call her out on that mistake and see what happens.

Just one more thing, it says Misoprostol but usually it’s taken in conjuction with mifepristone for abortions (she could have mistyped.. not that I believe her story, but also consider this).
