my specs: geforce GTX1050ti, intel i5-8th gen (~3ghz quadcore), 8GB RAM 2667mhz, and its a DELL laptop, not a desktop.
Citra has run every single game i've thrown at it, from puyopuyo to xenoblade chronicles to mario kart 7, and a lot in between, to random obscure japan only games.
no noticeable issues here. can for sure vouch every single dragon quest game on 3ds works great. most JRPG games i got worked great too, fire emblem all of them work to end
Bravely default 1 and 2 (they look like full on remasters at x3 resolution scale)
all the zelda games played through just fine.
definitely much better than my real 3DS since i can scale up every 3d game very much (3x in general works great with my specs) and various games run so much better on there! bravely default 1 and 2 look like remasters with the higher resolution scale.
in short, it works well and plays well and anyone with better specs can manage some crazy high resolutions probably
