Tips for being transparent with OE on job interviews?

Also I should legitimately be able to do OE without conflict as my J1 is mostly with east cost and Europeans. I could legitimately work a J2 from 9am to 5pm Pacific for a west coast company and have no conflicting meetings or work. I mention this to recruiters and companies, but they are equally uninterested.

It seems all the SWE jobs im finding are only interested in me if they can own all of my time despite the fact that I know most of these roles may only have 2 to 3 hrs max of real work to do daily.

But this could also be due to the fact that most offers are comming for DevOps / SRE which is notorious for having infinite positions available and would demand your soul if they could.
