Hardly. The biggest natural source of fresh water are in Canada. With every country expending in population, it will eventually become harder to have access to fresh water.

Canada is also the number four in international iron exports with 3.7% of the world exported iron ore coming from Canada, compared to 0.6% by the US.
Canada also have some of the world largest hydroelectric power plant system worldwide, and also export a lot of Uranium, worth 1 000 millions US$ in 2020.
Yes, farmland are fruitful in the USA, but Canada is right behind!
What really make the US special is the number of guns made, exported and own by citizens. This, no country can compete with.
What I am trying to say is, the US have a solid advantage, a military force worth billions. And because they have a large military force, they have base with units in most countries, all around the world. And enough nuclear bomb to destroy the world 5-6 times if not more.
