Turned out to be a Christmas gift too.

I needed a specialized circuit module for my bakery system to be repaired and the only US based tech who could do it was in NJ (I live in VA). I paid a ton of money for FedEx Critical Services to pick it up, get it to NJ, wait for the repair, then get it back to me within 24 hours. My bakery ovens can't run without it. They literally have the ability to track it every step of the way between pickup and delivery. I sent it on Tuesday morning and was supposed to have it back by noon on Wednesday. I was able to track through to the delivery truck in NoVa, but by 1 pm it still hadn't arrived and FedEx couldn't locate the driver. Turns out he delivered it delivered it to the wrong address in an industrial park about 14 miles from my bakery. By the time I found out where it was, the industrial park was locked up for the night and I couldn't get it until 11am on Thursday. That cost me about $15
