My only complaint about the video linked about is a comment about an old man knowing tech, cause my dad worked til that age in tech and even traveled to Ireland to train another time zone for their support. I was lucky my dad did tech then, cause I had OMG best internet growing up whether it was dial up or cable when it finally was available. I get most older people aren't so good with tech but if it's been their job for 50 years from circuit boards to supporting big business it can happen.
