Look, you can call me old of you want, but that does mean I have more experience in the workplace than you do. And if you think the good times are here to stay you're delusional. The economy has ups and downs. Always has, always will. I've already lived through multiple recessions, and I can promise you that no job is so secure that it's immune to global economic trends.

And regardless, it's not fear mongering to say that these "unlimited" PTO policies are anti-worker. If they really wanted the policy to be used, they would set PTO minimums for their employees. But they don't, because the purpose of the policy is to minimize PTO use.
