[Here is the leak for real:

1) He mentioned Quiet not being completely optional as she appears in the intro of the game and indeed talks, like the reddit guy said, but apparently you have the option to shoot her (not sure if I understood that part correctly as it doesn't make sense)

2) You can kill Quiet anytime you want once she is a buddy.

3) There is a deadly virus in the game (what a fucking shitty plot twist ffs) that is said to effect a serum to eliminate pain. But it gives supernatural powers, then it slowly eats the body of the person who took it, eventually turning them into zombies (.......). Kaz decides to take it middle of the game and takes command of all the base.

4) Kaz is apparently a major villain in the game ala Albert Wesker with supernatural powers, he eventually gets a prosthetic arm and leg and has super speed and strength, leading to a boss fight later in the game and a boss fight with him occurs late in the game. If Quiet is alive, she can be a buddy to take him down.

5) Snake allies with Skull Face as seen in the trailers, Skull Face is no illusion or a doppelganger. He is the last boss of the game, ending fight, Snake kills him.

6) DD soldiers begin to inject the virus in themselves and you have to take down a major part of your soldiers.

7) Lots of zombies in the game, some are from your ex-DD soldiers staff.

8) No Gray Fox or clone thing, Venom Snake is Big Boss and Ground Zeroes happened exactly the way we saw (good point)

9) Ending: Skull Face is killed by Snake. You eventually meet up with Zero after that, Ocelot comes with you, and Kaz is there with Zero, Kaz who apparently abandoned revenge on Zero (wtf). All have a discussion about how Skull Face destroyed Snake and Kaz's motherbase and should let things go, and all team up to prevent such retaliations.
