So uh, what are everyone's thoughts on the "Make Lego Star Wars Great again" movement?

The same entitled youtubers who claimed that production shortages resulting from covid are "unacceptable" are now whining because Lego designers didn't anticipate unprecedented popularity of Clone Wars sets in time for the Spring 2021 wave, which has likely been in development for over a year.

None of these kids remember how for like 6 years, it was only Clone Wars sets on the shelves and many of them sold really badly while AFOLs regularly complained there was no OT stuff on sale. Even up until January, you could get any of the original Clone Wars sets used and complete for close to retail. The love for Clone Wars has really only come up in the last 2-3 years, so it makes sense Lego is slow to react. These guys need to understand how market research works.
