The UK admits using global mass surveillance system against civil society, violating human rights.

Do you honestly think we don't have copyright laws? Or false advertising laws? Or obscenity laws (specifically regarding broadcast television regulated by the FCC)? Or child pornography laws?

I don't see how any of those count against "Free speech."

Specifically,

we don't have copyright laws?

Publishing others' works without their permission is not "Free speech."

false advertising laws?

Idk anything about advertising so I'll skip this.

obscenity laws (specifically regarding broadcast television regulated by the FCC)?

doesn't count as "free speech" issue. TV and radio have always been regulated everywhere.

Or child pornography laws?

Are you seriously going to go "Hey give us child pornography because free speech!" Did you forget the part about free speech restrictions where speech can't be used to hurt someone specific?
