I finished and got literally every item in the DLC in 4 hours in NG++ at level 100. I really am more annoyed with the opposite thing I'm seeing on the subreddit recently; calling people whiners because they thought the DLC was short or easy is just as whiney. I beat it with the Millwood Axe in the DLC. Died once to the last boss. It's hard in relevance to the base game, but I believe a lot of people with a good amount of Souls experience got through it very quick. There is a lack of content that can be mitigated by difficulty. Not every goes through that. Everything in the DLC in fantastic, just wish there was more. Content-wise, it feels incomplete to me. There were a lot of places they would've gone with this DLC in terms of expansiveness. Weapons are fantastic, armour is not. There's 1 good boss. Lore is fantastic too. Pvp is good. It's the only time I've ever been disappointed in a Fromsoft product like this. It's so, so , so good and leaves a lot to be desired. I'm disappointed, but I loved my time there. Just my opinion though, to each their own.
