I signed up for their trial in December last year, only to realize they were a sketchy company after. Apparently, I was able to cancel my free trial since there was a button on their website that allows you to cancel.
I read up on other stories of people who signed up for this company as well and apparently I got lucky. I wanted to cover all of the possibilities so I also sent in a cancellation email and a cancellation notice through their online support form. I also called them 3 times to confirm that I had cancelled my trial properly and that I won’t be charged after the trial ends.
It’s been about two week since my trial ended and I have heard nothing from usenet.nl. Make sure that you get a cancellation confirmation email from them.
