thanks so much guys for the awesome input. My seller from Ebay tells me I just plug and play no driver or license needs. if this is the case then is amazing. I'm just afraid will not be visible by the MacBook Pro. I am using a custom made late 2020 Mac MacBook Pro (15-inch, late 2020), 3.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 64 GB 2400 MHz DDR4, Radeon Pro Vega 20 8 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 2048 MB. It's not the M1 as I was aware of the problem I will enquire with Ableton and Protools as are not supported by M1 machines. As much fancy are the new M1 Macs I totally dont recommend for music work at all. So is a intel machine. If anyone uses a SL2 Rane in a Touch Bar machine that runs Big Sur and works just fine please let me know. I really dont want to buy a controller or one of those Rane mixers, I'm quite happy my 10 years old xone 92 silver plate. I become so stubborn on this mixer that I think I'll never want to use another mixer. haha. thanks for help, much appreciated. Isaac
