So let me see if I've got this straight:
A young man isn't doing anything illegal, is parked on a public street where it's legal to do so. Could have anything going on, could have recently been made homeless and unsure where to go, etc.
Busybody neighbors with too much time on their hands don't like the look of him , so proceed to harass him
Dude calmly says he's not doing anything wrong and just minding his own business
Continues to get harassed, literally begs (your words) to be left alone
A bunch of presumably grown-ass men surround a teenagers car, harass him further, and threaten to 'take care of it themselves', i.e. break the law and assault a 'kid' (again, your words not mine) who isn't guilty of any crime.
Teenager pretends to phone the police because he's scared of being assaulted
Police are so under pressure from the busybody neighbors that they get involved probably just to prevent further escalation from the neighbors. Arrest kid for apparently no crime that anyone can mention, again probably due to unwarranted suspicions. Kid now is presumably even more scared.
Guy goes on reddit to post about said harassment cause for internet clout.
Other losers upvote cause 'ooooh spooky'.
