VICE Media Had YouTube Shut Down My Gaming Channel Without Even Contacting Me

I mean, it doens't change the circumstances much. That would still require filing as it's a legal action. Personally identifiable information that is required and could be used against you in a court of law when they realise you're maliciously and illegally claiming videos not even remotely relevant to you. That sounds almost as time-consuming as getting trademarks filed. You'd need a new persona and channel for each request. Keeping in mind they can just outright decline your request and delete your Youtube channel.

Why haven't we done this yet? Theoretically, using your idea, we could automatically delete every channel on Youtube with only 3 accounts per Youtuber..... So why haven't you or someone else done this?

I'll tell you why. Youtube is a lot more competent than you're giving it credit. If it was as easy as you're making it out to be Youtube would be in shit fucking creak.
