Hi I don't know if this is the right place to post, but I am having trouble with my Vanguard account. I first set up a Roth IRA and later a Brokerage Account. I was able to add a decent sum of mony to my brokerage account initially and I turned on the robo investor because I really don't know what I'm doing. Now as far as I understood it, I am supposed to be adding money to the brokerage account every month if I can and I planned to. But when I try to set up the automatic transfer I get an message that says "you can't transact on this account online." and a number to call. I am very busy during the day, and I don't know when I will be able to get some time to make a call. Does anyone know what this could be?
