This past month, I've been starting to transition from "office bitch" to doing my actual job. My manager decided to take me off the home page inquiries (something usually done by a team of three experienced salesmen, not just the lone newbie) - which is a HUGE relief, because seriously, having to stop every five minutes to answer asinine questions while I'm trying to get through a translation of a lab report is fucking annoying.

But October was just a series of constant fuck-ups. I just...I can't even be angry with myself or anything else, because it's just so fucking dumb. I fuck up stuff I've never done - what are ya gonna do? I fuck up something easy - just...why?

But my bosses, man, even when they're chewing me out for this string of absurd mistakes, they're kind and encouraging. "We're only chewing you out cuz we know you can do better." Even if they're lying, it takes a lot of the sting off of it and makes me want to do better in November.
