Damn, totally agree. Someone spent their life making money to buy this property and pays for all it's services and you got it for free. Well, sorry, but you might not enjoy all the perks that it presents.

Tbf I also think that this approach of forcing all builders to include affordable options is stupid. Especially in the luxury segment. People who are spending millions to buy luxury property probably do expect to live amongst people who are like them, even if it's a walled garden.

And thinking a bit more from a builder perspective - it might be somewhat a cost saving measure? Like if you know that you will have 100 paying residents - you build a pool for 100. Then you have to make social housing for another 50 folks, but you don't want to spend more out of your building budget to build a pool for 150 people. Imho totally makes sense with a lot of amenities.
