You can get wireless chargers. Problem solved.

And the "problem" (ignoring wireless chargers) is kinda ultra rare anyway. How often are you going to want to listen to music on your phone and the battery is so low that you just have to charge immediately (and via a wired charger)? If it's happening even a few times a year you need to have better phone recharging practices.

Also quality of bluetooth connections and bluetooth earbuds/headphones has improved alot in recent years. Have you honestly tried the latest high end earbuds on a smartphone with the latest bluetooth 5.0?

Overall it's just not a problem except for a tiny picky minority who are probably resistant to change anyway and reject solutions or an "inconvenience" like buying an adaptor or wireless charger. Like people who preferred vinyl records over digital, or VHS tapes over DVDs/streaming, or handwritten letters over emails.
