You're now talking about the music, which is what a band makes. In your parent post, you were just basically insulting him as a person, and for getting old and bald. There's a big difference. Roth as the man he currently is pretty impressive. If the music has gone downhill, then that's on him and the band.

I saw Van Halen for the tour of the 1984 album. They were excellent. Good music. We were about ten rows back in the front, and could see them clearly. At one point I'm thinking "why not do this for a living?" and at that very moment, Roth stopped, looked at me and said "why not?" It was pretty strange. Memorable concert.
