I suffer from fibromyalgia, severe PCOS, occipital neuralgia + muscle spasms which cause debilitating, near-suicidal pain, and chronic migraines. I am responsible for two mentally handicapped adults with IQs of 69 who decided, against my fervent pleas, to have a child which I am now also responsible for. I also have two aging parents in serious decline. I have a 200K mortgage that I can't afford anymore because my GF is succumbing to a bevy of health problems, the most pressing of which are lupus, WPWS, pernicious anemia, and spinocerebellar ataxia and she can't work anymore. I may only have a few years left with her and they will be spent taking care of her until she dies. I also have compounding student loans and crippling medical debt.
