I woke up in my bathtub in my clothes covered in blood. The last memory I had was ordering a beer at a bar down the road from my house.

Found some pictures on my phone from 1:30am (I went out at 9pm) that were at the door of my apartment complex from what I could make out. Also found I had an Uber ride home at 11pm.

Went to the ER and I ended up having a small skull fracture/concussion.

Went back to the bar and asked the bartender if he saw anything, he said I fell out of my chair after two beers. He ordered me the ride home and made sure I got in it.

Apartment security footage showed me getting out of the Uber (stumbling but not injured) but the entrance to the complex is blocked from the camera.

I have a ~2 hour time span where I was stuck outside, lost my glasses and phone case, fractured my skull, then somehow made it up to my apartment and into the tub.
