What did you get in the mail by mistake?

I ordered a car seat from Jet.com, an online company trying to complete with Amazon, and I’m pretty sure they’re not in business anymore. I know why.

The car seat didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and when I called Jet to see hat was up they said oh sorry, it got canceled. Gave me a refund, no worries.

Weeks later I get a giant package delivered from Amazon-that I never ordered from Amazon. It’s the car seat I ordered from Jet.com! I will never understand what kind of business model Jet.com had that resulted in them sourcing a product from their competitor, let alone AFTER I’D BEEN GIVEN A REFUND.

I’d already bought the car seat elsewhere and didn’t like it, so I returned the Amazon one and got a refund from them, too.

And this is why Jet.com doesn’t exist anymore.
