What if Jarco is a perfectly healthy and positive relationship in the background?

Won't happen anyway. I don't expect the ships to stay in the main plot after season 2. They are now because it serves the plot in that i corrupts Star. But after it's done, I still don't want to see it "all" thrown offscreen. Are background ship with Jackie wouldn't probably even be noticeable in the show unless the throw Jackie more often in. Like as viewer knowing "Yeah, Marco and Jackie are together...whatever". With Star and Marco at least it would probably show itself in the show even after the big plot with the ships is done. Like in body language or occasional kisses instead of the usual hugs or something like that.

If it would be just thrown out of the window after the plot is done and season 3 would be like "yeah Jarco is still a thing. Marco will say something to Jackie when she appears", that would be very boring to me. That whole build up just to have a sad and unsecure Star for a few episodes and that it's like all that never happened. But that's my opinion, I don't really like that kind of Storytelling. I like when things are carried on even if they aren't the main focus. But you still see it, not too much...but you clearly see it. It has influenced the characters and advanced the whole situation.

Too much text for such a simple thing. Sorry, but I was very unclear above indeed.
