It wouldn't be as big as ours, it's impossible to achieve that as I've stated already. It wouldn't even have to be anywhere near as big.

If it can't be as big as ours, then it has to be smaller(by smaller I mean simpler). If it has to be smaller, that means that if the people in it simulated another one, it would also have to be smaller. Thus, as it keeps getting smaller, there can't be infinite simulations, which means that the chance of us living in a simulation can't approach 1.

And while we haven't achieved simulated consciousness yet, we get closer every day.

No we aren't. We are getting closer to emulating consciousness, but that is completely different than actual consciousness.
