My bicycling mentor told me about his friend who was on a hike in the Grand Canyon and lost her wedding ring. A month or so later another friend goes on a trip to the Grand Canyon and knew about the lost wedding ring and the area where it was possibley lost. When the man who found the wedding ring gets back from his trip he invites the husband of the wife out for a drink. The two are sitting there and and he says"remeber how you told me your wife lost her ring in the Grand Canyon"? And he casually pulled it out of his pocket and placed it on the bar.

I completely believe this story because the man who told it to me has never told me a lie and should be in the running for nicest person on earth.
