What do people get overly emotional about that isn't warranted?

That depends.on the situation. I'm a really understanding and worked in retail for years so I know how people can be real dicks. So when little things get forgotten it's not a big deal, an annoyance yes. But I'm not going to go back or get pissed about it. But I was at Wendy's recently, placed my order, paid and drove up to the window to get my food. The guy has me wait there for a good 5 minutes , comes to window and repeats my order which is completely wrong. I tell him no that's not my order ( I wasn't rude about it). He had a horrible attitude. Wait another 5 minutes. Comes back the window..."What did you get again?" I tell him, turns around hands me a bag doesn't say anything and shuts the window. I check the bag and a whole portion of what I ordered is missing. He notices I'm still there , opens the window and looks at me. I tell him what he forgot, he sighs and angrily goes and grabs a bag and gives it to me and shuts the window. Cocky as fuck the whole time. You forget my shit and then going to cop an attitude with me? Oh hell no. If I didn't have to get back to work I would of went up in that place.
