What popular life advice do you disagree with?

well, i got an associates, which of course had 0 CS related courses. i got that in a fall semester, started university in the spring, so that first summer I did not have enough CS related courses for any internships, then the next summer I took 12 hours so that I could graduate this spring. just sucks i was basically waking up at 7 or 8 am, going to class until noon or later, going straight to work, then getting home around 10 pm just to do homework.

also learned that a relative who started at the same time as me, and went to the same CC/UNI, did not work at all, but graduated with 45k in debt compared to my 14k. so i guess i have that going for me.
